For the last 13 years, I've been learning lessons about relationships, attraction, intimacy, confidence, masculinity and life.
Some lessons came from incredible experiences. Some came from painful mistakes. Most came the hard way.
Today, I use those lessons to help young men avoid years of confusion and become the kind of men they can be proud of.
I see my younger self in many of you. Confused. Curious. Ambitious. Trying to improve. But with nobody giving straight answers.
The Safe Courses exists because I wish something like this existed when I was younger.
My first relationship started in 2011. I was 13 years old.
Looking back, there are countless things I wish somebody had explained to me. Not pickup lines. Not manipulation tactics. Not shortcuts. Real knowledge.
How relationships actually work. How attraction works. How respect works. How communication works. How intimacy works.
Instead, like most young men, I learned from Bollywood, the internet, confused friends, and years of trial and error.
I've lived a life many young men think they want. Long-term relationships. Complex relationships. Friends with benefits. Heartbreak. Trust issues. Commitment issues.
Every experience taught me something valuable.
Excitement and fulfillment are not the same thing. Attention and connection are not the same thing. Validation and happiness are definitely not the same thing.
The lessons were expensive. Now they're yours to learn without paying the same price.
The men who focus on what they can give usually get everything they were chasing.

One day I posted a reel sharing some of my experiences. The response shocked me.
